How are everyone’s New Year’s resolutions going? Still keeping to them? Did you even make any? Well, we’ve put together Briton’s Top 5 New Year resolutions for 2023 to see what our top aims are for 2023.
Looking at the YouGov data regarding Briton’s New Year resolutions, for the fourth year in a row fitness and health dominate. Home improvement and spending more time with the family come in just outside the top five.
Interestingly, quitting smoking is now outside the top 10, mainly due to the number of people who now still smoke. Good news!
Stat’s point out that men are more likely to keep their resolutions (did they choose easier goals??). More women went for exercise and health-related resolutions compared to men and 4 out of 10 of us actually made any resolutions at all!
